Kolkata: UDAAN – Let’s Fly Together in association with Udaan Empowering Women NGO celebrated the 150th Birth Anniversary of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi in a very unique way, says a press release.
Children participated in Drawing Competitions and GK Activities virtually as well as in person in separate activities in a month long program organized to pay tributes to Mahatma Gandhi. The activities were organized about Mahatma Gandhi and his vision.
Udaan Group along with other Associates celebrated the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi by supporting the needy kids. The organizations donated reading materials, clothes and also held sessions on the importance of Cleanliness, Hygiene, Education, and Fitness to name a few.
The session also highlighted the importance of wearing masks, maintaining social distancing and washing hands regularly to defeat the virus which the world is facing currently.
