Kolkata: Mobile application-based high-leverage content venture ‘Celebfie’ is all set to bridge the gap between celebrities and their fans. Celebfie aims to create the most personalized and authentic fan experiences and break traditional barriers between celebrities, fans and brands. Fans and brands would now have direct access to the celebrities and their exclusive content created by them.
In addition to Instagram and Facebook, celebrities had recently taken to TikTok to entertain and connect with their fans. With the government’s strategic decision to ban Chinese apps, it is now upon home-grown players to create and transform new celebrity engagement tools. Famed social media influencers and brands are seeking dynamic platforms to showcase content, and to connect with their loyal fan following. Now is the right time for celebrities to take their engagement with fans a notch higher.
The Government of India has banned 59 Chinese applications including top social media platforms such as TikTok, Helo and WeChat in order to counter the privacy security posed by these applications. The Government decided to ban saying these apps were engaged in activities that were prejudicial to the sovereignty, integrity and defence of India. Experts suggest that the ban on apps is a major blow to China.
Founder of CelebFie, Raminder Singh said, “The idea of curating Celebfie emerged while I was organizing an educational event in Dubai and wanted to invite Indian celebrities. I realized that there was no organized platform to collaborate with celebrities and felt the need of a reliable ecosystem for such needs.”
Raminder added, “With Celebfie, we aim to significantly improve conversations around celebrity engagement and booking. Unlike most other social engagement apps, Celebfie has a built-in revenue stream that allows it to grow without the need of sponsored ads or to reach enormously large numbers.”
Celebfie is proving to be the most transparent and organized online platforms. It offers candid snippets and uncut insights, created by the celebs themselves. Further, celebrities can be relieved about safety concerns as Celebfie protects them from spam requests.
The app is available on both Apple and Android stores. It comes with a host of services including personalized videos and live-streaming content (soon to arrive) options for fans and followers. It allows brands to collaborate with celebrity influencers and maximize their market outreach, increase sales and conversion ratios.
